Funny you mention VICE. I've worked in media for a few years and I'm almost certain that VICE is a recruiting agency for "no-strings-attached" intelligence ops around the world. Mostly 5 eyes and CIA, but we can certainly consider groups like the City of London, Open Society and the Sinaloa Cartel (pic related) as being involved. It's the reason I was able to figure out that Proud Boys is a classical masonic inversion of the "right-wing agitator", of course run by the former co-founder of VICE Gavin McInnes. The Proud Boys primarily recruited from OTO lodges in the Eastern Seaboard, the OTO being a harmless occult group but one tied to British intelligence.
Notice how they sent journalists (operatives) to the Philippines to bring 8ch down as though they were Apocalypse-Now guerrillas and not the webmaster of a forum. Consider also that those same people were embedded with white nationalists at Charlottesville, etc, on the ground at Euromaidan before the revolution, constantly shilling for CFR-approved strategies along the iron curtain. VICE is also how Pussy Riot is able to communicate with their intelligence handlers in London and Langley.
VICE has an office in the city that I live and just from my personal research, the whole thing is super sketchy. They're in the same building as a major international webmaster that hosts cometpingpong.com as well as gigabit broadband for Charlottesville, Virginia. They have multiple contributors who only write about the spectre of white nationalist groups in Canada, the majority of them made out of thin air by incompetent CSIS pen-pushers. Every one of their stories includes a bit by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, an Open-Society/Eranda (Rothschild) Foundation think tank that openly surveils conservatives in Western countries.
I'm ranting but the relevant bit here is that so-called neutral private companies are working at the behest of intelligence agencies, criminal enterprises and use Masonic deception to bring down any sort of right wing hegemon.
