I'd rather just start tabbing to everything, and effectively going into a tiling window manager.
I wonder how they can even tell though. But guess the W11 VM works out well so it's whatever.
>>18072I'm reminded I was thinking of using a very old router I'm in possession of somewhere as a switch just for that. Still, I guess I just want something that doesn't exist. Maybe I will just have to make my own.
Networking is something else. What degree would that have been?
True, but the corporate probably doesn't exactly look into or care since it seems like it's working. Still, it is mostly just both of those making arbitrary impossible requirements as a way to try to filter all their applications. Then all they get is people truly incompetent, but they happened to know someone. But still, makes it hard to get those jobs because of all that.
>should probably be done away with in large portion. That's exactly what all the big tech companies are doing from what I hear. :^)
>>18073Apparently the M2 is 5nm. And yeah they are. Even the used stuff holds onto it's value, making it overpriced. Though those new Mac Minis they released don't seem like a bad price surprisingly.
AMD does make some pretty good cpus for laptops. Oh, one of their iGPUs. The iGPUs these days do seem pretty good compared to the past. Some can even play games rather decently.
From what I've seen they're all using Thunderbolt, I think due to some pcie lanes.
Feel like you'd be better off with a laptop at that point.
Oh yeah, I also want very good battery power. :^) Seems like what I want is a "pick 2 out of 3" kind of deal, and you can't have all three.
