I'm already missed dates and days of a weak, reality for me is like a one big day. I'm constantly doing something.

For an example tomorrow will be my day off and I gonna make a bank account. Also need to refill my food supplies, cook something, clean and other shit. At least I haven't any plans more like fingerprints or medical chekup tgat were on 3 my days off in a row.

Bar team is ok, I expereince some problems contacting with 49 years old bartender from Jordan. He lye like a boy and had worse experience even than me, but trying to be higher.
I place him on him's position, because thinking generally isn't him's strong side.
Unfortunately he is my roomate, but I already pushed my reasonable rules in the room.

So, exclude him, bar team is good.
Bar manager is russian speaker from Moldova and we're... Still in work relations, but I guess in a little bit closely relations, cause I received from him some insides from management relations.

GM is fucking bitch.
I can't say, what she's stupid, but she's completely a bitch.
Mostly team doesn't like her, cause she's know only negative motivation. Last her's decision about tips policy was... Strange. Cause even management will be receive tips, this is outrageously.

Recently my barmanager left opened whatsapp and she started read all messages about her too.
And she deleted managers group lol.
This is kind of dangerous situation.

And good opportunity make some changes in our management. I mean decrease her's influence. For an example we have problems with tips sharing, cause even MANAGENT will get it.
That's ridiclous.
When I signed it, I don't think that all employes (there was another word, I don't remember accurate) are even managemnt.
And more than half of team don't agree with it.

I'm in hard position too. If I will speak about it in meating or in whatsapp chat - I will be first candidate for firing.
But it can make an opposite effect too, cause dam of discontent will be damaged.

But rationally it's very fucking dangerous, cause I'm in very comfortable position.

Started arabic course in duolingo.
First time what I used this app, looks kinda unsystematic.
