When the system notices a schedule change, it emits a cancel file. This then gets inserted into the cancellation table like before. I never did anything with this info, but it's there for anyone who's curious.
In this example: - aohara2023 (caster_id: 13) was supposed to do Morning (segment_id: 2) on 2026-01-08T08:00:00+09:00. - uozumi filled in for her instead.
