I have claimed the board and removed the posting restrictions. However, I'm feeling a little conflicted about doing so, because the restrictions were so light. Any normal user could have easily built up enough reputation on an IP to be able to post images.

- I suppose the people affected most by this would be mobile users whose IPs change constantly.
- Home users should not have been affected.
