It could be simply a ring. People wear rings they themselves purchase. Riena earns good money and probably saves a lot, she can perfectly purchase a nice simple ring for herself. It looks actually too simple (though still stylish) to be an engagement ring for such a fantastic beautiful woman (I doubt Riena would engage a cheap guy).
