With Google and such, you need to know exactly what you're looking for to the level of precision where you even know the correct names.
With LLMs, you can be extremely unspecific to the point where other people may not even know what the hell you're talking about, and they'll still get it right. At worst, point you in the right direction.

If you for the life of you cannot remember what something is called, but know its use case, then you can spend like an hour trying to Google it and beat yourself up over it for being unable to find it. With ChatGPT, you'll spend a single minute writing a prompt as if you're formulating an answer in Jeorpardy
