I don't really know. What we keep an eye on chiefly is cp spam and threats of violence.
There are namedropping here and there, I assume discordfags fucking with each other based on data they told about themselves. There was this group from way back 8chan/intl, the herd, when we took over 9chan they were posting each others' names and photos and whatnot. But that's kinda different and even that noone could be sure any of it is true easy just write names and take pictures from elesewhere
