That are actual gameplay or just number fudging?
I have one that shows the number for skill checks, the expanded weapon mods one, one that combines the Lynx paw with double jump for exploration, Ghost Forward for exploring behind the scenes. I like seeing the nooks and crannies of how they mass assets together that gets funny when it's buildings you're not supposed to get on.

Then some stuff like dual OS just so I can still use ping with the melee OS.

The rest are just stuff to allow more character apparel customization (needed for female V, just kind of handy for male V) along with just a handful of new items and stuff that's vanilla but not playable, like the hoodies and Valentino earrings and necklaces.

Altogether, it's just slightly better vanilla.
