I don't even do balance mods. Most I've done was like weather effects in New Vegas. Added sandstorms and nights were actually dark. Made vodka decrease some rads. Added an actual flashlight because of how dark it would get.
I tried some mod to help with driving in CP2077 back in the beginning, but I felt like it made things worse.
You mean like the mods that add a whole bunch of side quests or whatever? Like that one NV mod?
