I swear the rate to get kot is way higher than any of the other non-limited elite dolls. When I was rerolling I got her the vast majority of the time, only saw the chink and Mosin 2 or 3 times, and Tololo and Sabrina once each. Just got a kot dupe on my first pity on the standard banner.
