It is still 4.5 in 1000. And in 20 it is 1.5 in 1000. In both cases, it is very low chance.

Yes, it is. As far as I remember, Down syndrome is more serious problem for older mothers than autism, it is near 4-5 in 100 at 45+, ten times higher than any autism (and much worse for kid).

Of course it is better to make kids in 20s than try to solve bunch of problems in late age, but 30+ isn't really a full game over. But what you can do when modern society works in other way?
