The English lang site is a bit different, and it doesn't list the "trains" they use.
They yellow one, the oldest, runs on the line M1, which was the first underground railway in continental Europe (London's and Liverpool's preceded it). Ofc these cars are way younger than that.
Kontroll, a dark comedy, drama movie plays in the metro tunnels, and it features the Soviet wagons. Slovborg streamed it on his Khantube channel, I should too on Endcorner. It's breddy gud.
Maybe I'll write a bit about Budapest's metro lines sometimes in the near future.
