Last Sunday we got beaten by Ireland, and with their victory over the group leader Portugal they advanced to the second round play-offs and have a chance to get out to the World Cup 2026.
Meanwhile Portugal scored a niner against Armenia.
To be honest in the 2020s we played against Ireland twice, an X and a loss against them, so expectations weren't too high, I expected for a solid X again, and hoped for the win... but against Portugal how could they win and those fugging moors failed to score.
Oh well. It sucks but what can we do.
