They often tell facts that the mainstream won't, or put things in different light that worth consideration. Some has youtube channels, others don't. Some has own website or publish on Substack, some has books. They have different experiences and background, and even political leanings. Not one I could call "far right".
About some of them I have a formed opinion, others just an impression, the remainders, not much.
I think the biggest names are John Mearsheimer, Jeffrey Sachs, and Chas Freeman. Perhaps Glenn Diesen too who hosts podcasts. And perhaps Douglas Macgregor. In Iranian related topics Seyed Mohammed Marandi is worth listening since he basically tells the official standpoint of the Iranian government. Pascal Lottaz also has a yt channel and hosts these chats. I gathered Larry Johnson can be taken less seriously and he likes to imply things and inside knowledge to embolden his seriousness. Stanislav Krapivnik is talks about Russia related stuff, he reflects the confident Russian standpoint (everyone else is weak, we can crush everybody, etc.). I've seen Warwick Powell here and there, like on Jeff Rich's channel.
There are lots of one time guests, like Max Blumenthal of The Greyzone, or Mattias Desmet who's researching mass formation.
Yet to discover more, and bound to as well.
