And they do more personalized legislation, to "deconstruct the Fidesz state apparatus".

I think first ad hominem law targeted Orbán. They amended the constitution so a PM can only serve two cycles. It's counted retroactively, to prevent Orbán becoming a PM again. Well, we could say, that it surely effects previous PMs as well, no? No. Even Gyurcsány isn't effected since he did not serve 2 full terms. It's clearly about Orbán.

Next law is about the members of the parliament, the representatives. In their case, they also want to introduce a term cap for them. 8 or 12 years (2 or 3 parliamentary cycles), I have not followed this that closely. Now this has constitutional problems because this would impede constitutional right of being electable.
Because of this, at least two Fidesz mp left/is leaving. I'm guessing to give place to new faces so they can become known names for the voters.

I couldn't care less if Orbán can't become Prime Minister again, and I don't care much how long people can serve as representatives. Perhaps at least this prevents career politicians to rise. But perhaps not.
The thing is, this ain't matter much anyway. Again a political theater to keep the attention of the people fixed.
