I play with operating systems as a hobby and I'm not gonna constantly tweek one special setting just for the occasionally decent webm and music threads. It was a good site for random global news, but oh well.
I'm fairly certain that it will be back, but I'm not gonna add an irrefutable fingerprinting vector to my sys just for more crazied bear vids and sloppy black metal.
