Have you ever considered, those people are paid actors, literal shills. For example on /a/ you got bunch of people from China due to the Janitor called JUDGE who allows them to spam shit and race bait others to get bans while not contributing shit to discussion making it unusable to others. On /v/ there's a Janitor called Rapeape (yes that's real, a literal incel calling himself Rapeape) who's an Indian and thus allows Indian shill bots to stay on /v/idya board there. There's plenty of evidence already that /pol/ for example also is now fully ran after 2014 by some Mossad/Arabs/Ruski/China type of guys and /K/ is full of Ukrainian/NATO/American Feds type of shit.
