It's entertainment/diversion, isn't it? It could be OK if you are learning something useful in the process. Otherwise, it's just wasteful procrastination, like almost all forms of entertainment. Sorry if I'm being too blunt, although, again, maybe I'm speaking to myself.
As for me, I would like to say that I'm practicing a foreign language, but sadly I'm not making enough effort.
