First: get a goddamn real piano like a man.
Stop wasting time with ragtimes and play a few of Bach's Inventions.
Then move on to Haydn's piano sonatas.
You can work your way up from there to Beethoven's Sonatas, Chopin's Nocturnes, and Schubert's Impromptus.
