Depends, no SSL means that your connection is not encrypted so basically it's like you're sending plaintext over the interwebz, there's no guarantees that:
You're not getting man in the middle attacked (getting your stuff intercepted by a third party).
The server you're connecting to is actually the server you're asking for in any way shape or form (SSL = it's this specific server, no SSL = who tf knows).
Probably more but I'm not knowledgeable enough on the vectors of attack but basically while we could* use it, that asterisk is mighty fucking big because it's mjega unsafe.
We should or you guys should if you can archive whatever is possible to archive rn in case nekomin decides to take those redirects down. I am going to work (for 16h) so if it doesn't go down by tomorrow like midday I'll make sure it's all archived just for the sake of it.
