It's fine to advertise endchan /news/ or /pol/ anywhere you can. The issue you may come across is being banned for it. I decided some time late last year to bring up endchan at one of 8kun's political discussion boards. The moderator banned me within seconds. That is why links to 8kun here will be deleted.
