Just remember all the basic essentials you'll need: long-term food storage, access to clean water/filtration systems, extra clothing/shoes/boots, extra medical supplies, extra sanitation supplies, guns/ammo/cleaning kits, a generator or two with extra fuel and stabilizer, some 12V batteries with solar trickle chargers and power inverters, organic heirloom seeds, gardening supplies and tools, construction tools and plenty of spare hardware accessories (including those bulk variety bundles that come with various sizes) [yes, you will need to be able to maintain and fix things yourself!]. Wood burning stove is necessary for going off-grid in winter. Extra winter survival supplies and blankets. A portable propane stove to cook with. A manual can opener.
