Russia, China and now recently Turkey have ditched diplomatic relations with Israel over the continued genocide and their lust to expand their bloody murderous wars. I do get what you are saying but it's not like those countries want to be directly involved in a war with Israel or the US. If they were to take direct action against Israel it would lead to WWIII (which Israeli hardliners and Zionist neo-cons in the US would desire anyway). So call it a conundrum: damned if you do, damned if you don't. Weigh the options and consequences of those options, probably better to just break relations rather than starting a nuclear world war over it.
