There's already /po/ and they even link to it in the main OBR thread, so it's not like /polru/ mods delete links to other alternative boards.
Most people prefer to post on /polru/ though. Which means that the majority of posters don't experience any issues with accessing the site despite the bans on public VPNs and Tor. And they have no issue with arbitrary moderation either.
But if /po/ doesn't suit OP because of its lack of rules except global rules, he can always create his own board and set his own rules. I'm sure /polru/'s BO will be fine with posting a link to that new board as well.
