Yep, I was mistaken about any board. The bans list for /pol/ won't open (504 Gateway) but /news/ will. Seems you're right. The combination of daily banning the gay porn and animal mutilation from /pol/ plus Shiban and my bans of the shit pics must have overloaded it.
