Improvements for the CAPTCHA is:
1. Why does it cache old CAPTCHA? I have completed a CAPTCHA and the CAPTCHA shown had expired or needs to be refreshed. Not sure why it happens.

2. When a CAPTCHA is completed, why doesn't the text entered auto-clear, if it's correct?
