I think its a board that came from librechan after that site died. Remember people saying librechan was a pedo site that was somehow adjacent to masterchan another infamous pedo-den.
That explains why they might have thought it would have been acceptable to post that. Maybe the language barrier is why they chose librechan from whatever 2ch they came from thinking it was for freedom of speech.
I think they deleted the thread so that's good. Might want to translate posts with links in them to make sure they are not sharing it using another language to hide behind. I doubt they are doing that except its odd they just made that thread out of nowhere.

As far as if it had stuff that was more or less illegal than 8chins pedo threads isn't even really debatable it was the 8chan pedo community migrating to librechan alot of the content was the same.

The site wasnt setup to be just for pedos and neither was masterchan.they both were supposed to be free speech protecting communities.but pedos are what the majority of the community did end up being and jp who migrated there during a site problem.


Explicit content of kids like candydoll was legal for an extremely long time only being made illegal relatively recently in japan. So since it's something that was legal in their country and the chan that they were at before this one of course they dont see an issue with it.

Any site that makes its goal to protect free speech to the highest degree will attract controversial elements it's a given.

There isnt some single guy out there spamming cp on altchans theres like a little handful of them.8 /b/ still gets cp spammed from time to time the same users who had a pedo thread there for like a year. That's the main group of cp spammers that and masterchan or as its know now clusters little clique. It's not organized it's a little group of shit posting pedos who hang out a few places.

And yes librechan had a pedo community.its weird how people just make up shit about altchans like some singular pedo spammer to create their little narrative
