You with this reminded me the water facility scandal here where our crypto red gov was equity liquidating the state own water and sewage facilities in order to shot them for few bucks back to someone else and keep the process until they fully privatley own it and again then equity liquidate with debt so they can bait investors and trough corruption and nepotism have it also as collateral to launder money
