I'm gonna kinda ignore what OP wrote in the post, but gonna try answering the question:

Not much you can do. Ultimately you have power over yourself, and you can hope to influence some other.
For the first part: preserve your language and culture. Collect books written in your language by people of your ethnicity about your language and culture and the products of your culture. And I mean actual printed books. Be it literature or scientific, doesn't matter. Better yourself in your language and your culture too, and try to pass your knowledge on.
To influence people you have to be likeable. If you behave like a nigger they won't listen to you. If you behave like a schizo they won't listen to you. And when you connect with them you have to find the balance in what you tell them. Often less is more. People can only digest so much.
So the main tool for you will be your person. So better yourself first. I believe there are tips somewhere on this board about that. Don't overlook patience.
