one of those guys that got fired I actually saw in a distance what they were doing to him. I knew what they were planning and how they were going to get rid of him in a step by step plan I've seen a lot of times.

And I could have told him to be careful so he would have kept the job. And even some detailed steps to keep him working on his job and keep his title while not being open about what they were planning on doing with him.

Buuuuut the manager they schemed to get fired was really rude and backstabby with me so I didn't say anything.

It's always a good idea to be nice and polite to people in the job + just do your job well. Because you just never know which person will end up saving your ass at the end of the day.
