Hi everyone, I have been reading here for a few years and much appreciation for data and information given here. First of all I want to explain myself why I'm making this post and it's a question. To me nothing is more important than the truth, if I like it or not,the truth needs to be known. Since recently I have been active on social media platforms, I'm mid 50's. People are starting to have heated arguments with me when i say a lot about the so called holocaust was fabricated after the war. There is plenty of evidence of that. I have been threatened to be taken to court, and it's no joke, I use my name in discussing things because the truth should not fear. Same like with the discussion going on about the covid19 vaccine. I live in a country that has laws againt holocaust denial. My question is: is there enough evidence to take to court to defend yourself in a case like this? I think a lot of you know the case of the elderly lady that did several years jail if I'm correct, in Germany, for saying in public that they holocaust didn't happen. She said she was literally there. How can you defend yourself in a court? Taking a picture of a meme to court won't work. Is there enough material archived to fight this in court and to defend yourself ? For example with this elderly woman, I cannot believe that her defense lawyer was not able to defend her with just what is already known to be lies.
