is there more info on the union? it says he bans trade unions but then everyone was a member of the national union. It doesn't seem to be practical to have a national union with compulsory membership, couldn't they just enforce policies via law instead of making a secondary organization? Just seems like they over complicated things a bit, but i'm probably missing out on the finer details.
