2. "Reverse Migrant Crisis"/"Deport the Racists": We coordinate a mass migration of like minded people to one of the places that was sending their migrants to our countries, we all go there and establish our own isolated communities within that country, from that point on we begin to take it over, sending the people we displace towards the countries we had left behind, and hastening the decline of our old homelands in order for our blood to prosper in the new homeland we had settled in (in order to make them less capable of shutting down our exodus and resurgence in the foreign territory).

Once that country is ours, we send out people from there to the countries surrounding it, they settle in those lands and repeat the process, we should be able to take over multiple countries without ever attacking anyone as the aggressor.

If we settled in some african country, we could make it so that all of africa is populated nigh-exclusively by white aryans, and we wouldn't stop there, we will be going for world conquest on this route, by moving out people in, having them build their own neighborhoods in foreign lands with as little interaction with the rest of the people in those places as possible, and expanding those insular communities until the whole country is ours, doing what we can to force out the locals without resorting to aggressive acts of violence, when completed, the newly white nation links up with the previous countries we had bleached.

Eventually we will return to Europe, North America, and those other now-fallen western countries we had abandoned, the whole world will be ours once those are claimed, we can send the other races all to antarctica or someplace like that. this is similar to solution #1 in that it involves a lot of simply ignoring the government we officially live under until we have replaced it with our own. Nobody will recognize a government if it consists of one person in a crowd of a hundred people who refuse to listen to them, even if that one person officially represents the government that hundred are nominally living under.
