Yes, land which is used simply as a speculative object is no longer really "land" but an instrument of finance, like bonds etc.

(even then I suppose that it could be one of the most lucrative such instruments, making the biggest contribution to revenues)

You can't compare that to say, an aristocrat who is essentially no different than an average farmer.

My point: the economics of our movement should be about liberating the rural classes and est. a rural-centric state. In the long run such a state built unwavering upon nature will be the most prosperous.
