basically these people are the best we have, for better or worse, there is no pure aryan with impeccable rep and ethical code who's a talented writer and genius programmer and who's willing to give 110% for the cause. Maybe a "one in a generation" guy exists who meets the criteria, but someone needs to lay the groundwork for him.
