No as unlike marxism national socialisms idea is of cooperation, meritocracy and social contract reliant on cohesion and not of division and most especially hatered and envy like marxism preaches
These 2 will never coexist as they are different things and unlike marxism national socialism is not thinking everything and everyone is just a resource to be set whatever needed but knowing that each man is unique and knows what fits him the best or what he is best while reminding him to the fact that as a citizen and contributor he has also duties.
And as i come from post communist nation i saw the horrors that marxism spawned here making us to be possibly for many generations to come to be still a lot behind from others
