Hmmm Gerudos are actually based of Arab / Islamic empires though. Fire temple on OoT had Islamic emblems all over the place before the game got localized to other regions

And yeah some Arabs do look exactly like Gerudos and where obviously modeled by them. I've met a few and they look just like them
