I don't think so.
Attacker can defeat the default lynxchan captcha without any problems.
In theory we could open posting there, and stop it again when attack happens. Except I can't do that, so when attack happens we can't react to it.
Thing is there is no will to fuck with the old InfinityNow/Lynxchan engine, so we won't change captcha there.
