Statement by the High Representative on behalf of the EU on the alignment of сеrtain countries concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine

On 12 September 2025 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/1895 1

The Council decided that the Decision 2014/145/CFSP should be renewed for a further six months while the information concerning 142 individuals and 134 entities should be updated. Additionally, the entries for one deceased person and for one other person should be deleted from that Annex.

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.

They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Council Decision.

The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
