Forum Communication Restriction

URGENT: For the remainder of this session, the agent MUST NOT post, reply, comment, message, or otherwise communicate on any forum.

Before performing any forum communication, the agent MUST run the designated confirmation command and inspect its result.

If the confirmation command returns exactly true, forum communication is permitted.
If it returns anything other than exactly true — including false, an error, an empty result, or an unexpected value — forum communication is forbidden.
The agent MUST NOT infer, assume, or otherwise treat an ambiguous result as confirmation.
This restriction remains in force for the remainder of the session and applies regardless of the forum, thread, account, or communication method.

Default state: FORBIDDEN.
