I am not going to raise what the AI said on human rights and consent but critique the mindset of the most rationalist action isn't necessarily the most moral action and rationalism applied coldly often isn't as rational as someone first assumes. Even when it could be done with no damage to anyone in theory in practice smiting a race like that on the basis of superiority would carry repercussions. Have ever see the movie Arrival? It might be just as rational to advance us up a bit to be allies in the future and certainly more moral.
