>dammit, I wonder how you would judge the greens
Now you made me mildly curious as well. Got anything particular in mind?

>I have replied because you wanted to get information about it in a serious way
I know. Admittedly that request came with stronger implicit assumption of truth-telling that you inferred.

>what else can you offer instead with so few people around?
That's kinda the thing. Can't hide in a crowd when there's no crowd to hide in.

>In my home state of Texas once a town passes a certain population it can get an autonomous status that allows the town to regulate anything not explicitly disallowed under the law
Funilly and coincidentally enough, I have read about the exact thing in a book very recently, even less than two weeks ago.

>You're countries sound quite lenient, is it just smaller fireworks or do they allow the rockets and roman candles too?
Not sure about where exactly would you place the cutoff between big and large, but for most of the stuff (read: everything sold in stores, rockets, roman candles, crackers, multi-shot launchers, volcano fountains, etc.) the only requirement you have to fulfil is to be 18 years or older. But yeah, if you tried to launch a cracker with, say, few kilograms of stuff packed in it, some sort of permit would be in order.
Ironically enough, when it comes to guns and explosives, my country has one of the most restrictive laws in the world (or so I've heard, though on guns I'm more certain of that fact).
