The Willie Brown shirt collection is noise. Found it a while ago on ebay but nowit's migrated to Goodwill - probably he was selling, decided selling used shirts for 2 bill didn't look good, gave the old clothes to Goodwill and deducted their retail price from his taxes, if he pays any which is not likely.
