Found 152 pairs of posts/tweets when seconds are discarded. Out of the 11000 posts here on this board, that's about 1.4%.
So, again, I don't think it makes much sense tracking these kind of "zero markers", unless maybe there is a clear relation in the content of posts/tweets.
