many, many discussions on these fires from last November (see qresear.ch) with all kinds of speculation but very little sauce. nothing wrong with that but we kind of came to a dead end eventually, need moar clues if there's really moar going on than "normal" neglect and corruption.

Q pointed last Nov to lack of maintenance on the part of PG & E but is there moar? (see Q #2467 - CAPP)
