I stopped shilling for /end like a month ago
was mostly doing so on voat, posts didn't really last long enough to be effective on half
did a bit on twatter as well, basically anytime I saw someone posting about "missing Q/8ch" I would drop a link to here with some kind of chan related meme
unless anyone out there is actively shilling for end (I would think they would be discussing it here?) I am thinking were growing on word of mouth at this point
