When I saw that he was joining POTUS' legal team I was so thrilled...even though the impeachment shit is utterly bogus...he is the one best equipped to make the Dems choke on their own bullshit & lies.
Hell, I even read a quick article that had No Name's daughter Meghan stating (on The View, of all places) that she had always respected Trey Gowdy, that she believed he was bad news for the Dems despite what others were saying, and that if she were 'in a foxhole, Trey Gowdy is who she'd want in there with her'.
That man's character shows through like few others do (POTUS, Gen. Flynn are exceptions).
He's definitely a patriot.
