Here's the deal: most here are too afraid to socialize people over fear of causing division. Yes, I'm a pedant. There's no argument there. However, we all need to keep each other honest. I know you don't see this yet, but you'll realize the importance of it eventually.
My advice is we should all stay on each other constantly, not to the point where we all get upset and lose focus, but just enough to ensure the quality of the place is maintained, that we remain focused on efficiency and so we taper the shill issue by being vigilant with people that aren't here for the right reasons.
