Ok, this has been driving me crazy and it probably *is* reaching/very unlikely...but I'll put it out there for Anons to decide. (pics related)

Could the HOT possibly refer to "Hurricane Over Target"?

Consider this: Hurricane Dorian has ,as of today, been a hurricane for 11 days...in less than 2 hours it will be 12 days.

P_PERS: WRWY (look at POTUS' tweets during the hurricane...he wrote "We are with you" several times (and I remember there being more of them & I think they were deleted).

Dorian was, by far, the most unpredictable hurricane I've ever known of or experienced & I've lived in Florida my entire life.

Does this sound crazy/outlandish...like tinfoil hat territory?
